形容詞位於句首句子需要倒裝嗎

not,few,little否定副詞或短語+謂語+主語這類表示否定意義的詞有never,seldom,hardly… when ,hardly,scarcely,no sooner…than,以及not only…but （also）,scarcely… when 等等
